Spring is around the corner and this is the time when I meet with my couples again for their engagement sessions! I LOVE this time! I LOVE engagement sessions!
Last year was just incredible – every shoot was different, bright and unforgettable. My couples were so creative! They incorporated a lot of fun details to make their photographs exceptional and unique… Seriously, who wants to have boring pictures?! This shoot is all about fun, personality and new experience. We are open for any idea- bicycles, golf, and coffee shop, cook a dinner at home, take an antique car for a drive, or trip to vineries ….. Guys you can get really standout photographs for your engagement album and this is just about you….think, plan and to be different! Hopefully I was able too intrigue you …..This is just for fun! And please do not forget about colors. Bright colors are always looking great on the pictures!
Small tip: If you are too busy and cannot dedicate a lot of time to think and plan, to get inspired – simply go to the nearest book store, grab a cup of coffee and cruise through some magazines. I am sure you will find a ton of ideas.
So many plans, dreams, ideas in my head….This time of year is always busy and in the same time enjoyable.
We were more than excited when Blayre and Nick invited us at their house to capture e-session. These guys are sooo sweet! We had a lot of fun capturing them while they decorated Christmas tree and sip hot coffee. Their cute dog was even more excited to meet us and we had some funny moments with him.
All together we enjoyed sunny November day and spent amazing time during the shoot.

Hi Yuka! Great photos - so inspiring. My favorite is the puddle reflection one!
This is officially- I love shoot engagement sessions on October!!!!
Engagement session with Kristyn and Stan was amazingly enjoyable. First of all, this couple just stunning and we were lucky with beautiful sky, clouds and the location. Lewiston always was one of my favorite towns in Western NY… This place looks like a little cute town from the postcard!
But I have to confirm the fact – it was really COLD. All the time I was worried about Kristyn and Stan so they would not freeze and catch cold.
Thank you guys for a wonderful time! You are very natural in front t of camera and I enjoyed documenting your engagement session
P.S. And Oleksiy and I planning to visit that “Orange cat” place
Love this photograph!
fun fun fun !

awesome! what a beautiful couple!!
I have been busy with some fantastic shoots over the past long weekend.
I have a lot of highlights to show you very soon.
This post is about beautiful couple Nagendra and Susan and their e-session.
We started our meeting with a cup of coffee in Coffee Spot in Downtown of Buffalo. The sky was covered with clouds and promised the rain (I love to shoot when the weather like this!) so we moved to the park very fast to get beautiful shots before rain starts. And we were lucky – the rain started right after we finished and were sitting in a car.
It was so easy to capture this couple – they are gorgeous, open and light persons. They love to each other soo strong and every picture can easily prove it!
*Susan and Nagendra, thank you for the wonderful time and for your tips what to see in Vancouver. We spend unbelievably incredible time there! I still flirt with idea to live there!!!
The post about our trip to Vancouver coming soon. I am very excited about your Wedding in October.

Just came across your blog and wanted to say hi. LOVE the hair on this precious baby! - JG
PS Congrats on your naturalization!
I captured my first Eritrean wedding last year…I fell in love with it! The culture, food, dances….. I was in “WOW!” mode during the entire wedding day!!!!!! I enjoyed being a part of that amazing Wedding and now I am more than excited to capture another Eritrean wedding this upcoming September!
We have met with Daniel and Helen last Saturday to capture their engagement session. Surprisingly, they chose my favorite place in Toronto – Distillery District. I am a huge fun of places with such an artistic and old style. . I wish I have more time to go there….
We spent a wonderful time shooting this beautiful couple in charming narrow streets, inside of cute Balzac’s Café and The Boiler House.
